ESTIMATES & BIDDING
When you request a bid, I will be able to give a more accurate estimate of the cost. When the project is clearly defined, I charge by the project. When there is an unclear or uncertain scope to the project, I charge by the hour.

JOBS CHARGED BY THE PROJECT
If an original design is required, I supply three prototypes. I allow up to three major changes in the project. At four or more changes, extra costs accrue that are charged by the hour.

EXTRA COSTS FOR WEBSITES
There can be many additional costs to websites. For example, image links, rounded corners, audio files, embedded video, many images, portfolios, slide shows, Flash, calendars, shopping carts, forms, extra links, etc... are additional hours of work and present a wide range of complexities.

  • CMS: Priced the same as custom sites with an additional $300 set up fee
  • Image Links: $100 or custom page cost
  • Rounded Corners on all images: $300
  • Audio files: $200 (1-10 files)
  • Video Files: $200 (1-10 files)
  • Embedded Video Files: $300 (1-10 files)
  • More than 3 images to a page: $100 or custom page cost
  • More than 10 links to a page: $100 or custom page cost

STANDARD WEBSITES:
Standard websites use a pre-existing template from one of the designs you see in my portfolio. Because I am not creating a new design or template, the cost of the project is considerably more affordable. Standard websites are also categorized by their simple design, fewer images, links, etc...

CUSTOM WEBSITES:
There are many cases where you can't use a pre-existing template or you have a specific original design idea. This would call for a custom website, where I present three prototypes, then from the chosen prototypes create new web templates that will be the basis for all the pages of the site. Custom websites also tend to have more items, like audio files, extra images and links, Flash, etc...
